Para nivelarlas, todas son creadas con un cierto mínimo de escalas requeridas para participar, además de un costo de inscripción. Las escalas son el puntaje que define el rango de tus koins. A medida que los koins ganen y pierdan carreras, sus puntos de escala cambiarán. A Los koins recién nacidos se los conoce como koinies, y aunque están listos para competir desde el primer segundo de sus vidas, sólo pueden hacerlo en carreras que pertenezcan a la categoría Koinie.
